high nutritive value such as spread peanut butters on toast, ripe fruits, and
cooked vegetables. At home, care takers must make a restricted diet tastier by
using lemon juice, herbs and spices. If elderly one has problem with loss of
taste and smell, then try with seasonings and recipes. A nutritional supplement
must be considered for older people.
