Snowboarding is wonderful
winter sport that involves descending a slope that is concealed with snow while
standing on a board attached to a player’s feet, using a special boot set onto
a mounted binding. The development of snowboarding was encouraged by different
recreational activities like skateboarding, sledding, surfing, and skiing. It
was developed in the United States and became a Winter Olympic Sport.
The Olympic events in snowboarding include parallel
slalom, parallel giant slalom half-pipe, snowboard cross and slope style.

is flat. Snowboarders who use the heel side or toe side on the snow must
control their knees bent. This will help going over bumps. It is suggested to

centre of gravity over the middle of the board.

skill. Snowboarding enhances balancing strength. This sporting activity also

can avert many deadly diseases. Besides maintaining physical health,
snowboarding also serves as a mood enhancer, improves concentration, and
