Be aware of developing fear of open spaces (Agoraphobia)
Agoraphobia is a penetrating fear of going to public places where they cannot escape. People may develop intense fear of following open spaces: Entering shops, crowds, and public places. Travelling in trains, buses, or planes. Being on a bridge. Being in a lift. Being in a cinema, restaurant where there is no easy exit. Being anywhere far from your home. But all above originates from one underlying intense fear. Symptoms : Patients who griped in Agoraphobia may show following symptoms: 1. Fast, beating heart 2. Sweating, trembling, shaking 3. Breathing problems 4. Feeling hot or cold 5. Nausea or diarrhoea 6. Chest pain 7. Problems swallowing 8. Dizziness or feeling faint 9.
