Necessity of vigorous medical researches for common diseases



This article is intended to accentuate the distinct need of conducting medical research for general diseases that hit millions of people at global scale. (Here, general diseases are categorized as illness like cough, cold, fever that are cured with immune system)

In technology driven global climate, inhabitants have several health challenges that disrupts the normal life. Some diseases are prevalent among people such as cough, cold, normal fever, digestive disorders, Asthma, menstrual pain and headache/dizziness. Patients have to fight with these ailments with their immune system. Medical researchers have not provided any concrete solutions to beat these disease with medicines. With the advent of medical investigations, medical researchers are deeply engrossed in exploring the rare diseases or ailment suffered by military men such as cancer, dementia, infections, and cardiovascular and lung diseases.


As this is the basic philosophy of medical experts to discover the treatment of complicated health problem. But scholars avoid paying more attention to develop medicines for common diseases suffered by masses. There is a major ground of conducting research for diseases that are widespread among people.

We all have a dream to stay longer in this cosmos and enjoy the beauty of natural surroundings. It will be possible when people have healthy body and mind. Though there is revolution in health care and medical researches constantly to innovate medicines to enhance the health of people, but still something is missing. It is realized that researchers have not focused on general diseases which is the fundamental necessity to improve the health of people. Vast majority of persons suffer from cough, fever, normal headache. There is no specific medicines to treat these diseases. Consequently, they have to live with these ailments and wait till immune system fights to make the body disease free. But the million question is that if immune system does not respond, then these illness may be life threatening.


It is urge to medical scientists that they must think in this direction and do precise research to explore medicines for general diseases too to aid huge number of inhabitants around the world. If medicines are developed for common illness, it may increase life expectancy of older people also. It is anticipated that it will be great health bestow to human being.
