In evaluating the nourishment of frozen food stuff, it is the first choice of busy professionals due to convenience and little preparation required. Frozen fruit and vegetables are healthy and have rich in vitamins and cancer fighting antioxidants as compared to fresh produce. But frozen eatables have many disadvantages. The freezing process may destroy the original taste of food and the meals are heavily processed with extra salt and fat to compensate. This again is a threat to human health
