standing. They should not consume salty snacks. If there is swelling in any
body, people are recommended to apply icepacks in affected areas.
Simple tip is that in
flight, persons with high blood pressure should not eat foods containing high
in sodium. It is better to take home made foods like some snacks when planning
to travel by air and eat it during your journey. It is highly recommended to avoid
Alcohol and Sedatives.
