Is dating joyful for Indian youth?

Presently majority of youth involve in dating. They are not fully aware of its rule and purpose. Dating is any social action taken by two people to have an intimate relationship. This involves the act of meeting and engaging in some mutually agreed upon social activity. Traditional dating activities include entertainment or a meal.

In Indian culture, dating is not viewed as moral behavior for many communities. But many youths are working in multinational companies and frequently communicate with each other therefore they may develop some affectionate relationship. These factors lead to dating.

As it is said, it is not an Indian tradition, youths are following western culture and acting like that which some times have negative consequences on youth’s living standard. People attract each other, invite for date. When they come closer to each other, many people may refuse to continue relationship due to rejection in society.

Indian culture does not accept male female relationship before marriage. Adults of the family condemn dating. It is not well appreciated in India. But it can be said that youth may go for outing to understand each other and if they feel they can have lifelong relationship, they may marry. That will be accepted by society.
