They bought tickets from counter and paid the bill. While collecting the tickets from counter, he also got some discount food coupons. Normally, people never check the coupon as it is thought that shopkeepers offer discount on special day. So they were delighted. After walking few steps away, they casually checked the tickets. The price printed on tickets was much less than what was charged at the counter. Then they checked discount coupon, and came to know that counter boy had given food coupons along with ticket at extra charge. They moved back to counter and inquired, whether it is mandatory to take coupons. Counter boy told, no sir, it is just a discount coupon for food to enjoy in movie. The family returned the coupon as eatables offered through coupons were not of their choice.”

The gist of experience is that customers must be cautious while purchasing items in malls. Sometimes, sellers offer attractive discount vouchers that buyers do not need but unknowingly or out of ignorance they purchase.
