They need to take a nutritious diet and do mental cleansing through yoga. It will help them to diminish a gloom of life. Even in a challenging environment, a person must be optimistic and inspire himself to resolve severe issues. 

Self-appreciation is a positive attitude of person and it can be achieved through rewarding self for activities that lead to success in academic realm or in personal life. Persons must recognize their small achievements to motivate themselves to chase huge objectives in life.

Rewarding self is a vital feature of self-appreciation and it can be elaborated through lively example. In the central region of India, a girl student was enrolled in a post-graduation in psychology course in a highly reputed university in Indore. She didn’t study that course in college but still changed her stream in post-graduation as she had great interest in offering counselling to people and assisting them in their mental hitches. It was challenging job for her to study psychology from basic level. As the subject was tough, professors also put pressure to work hard and to study elementary level books to understand fundamental concepts. She was hard working and studied seriously to grasp dogmas, statistics and other lessons to compete with other fellows. One day, the professor surprisingly gave a quiz to all students in normal lecture class. Though she solved the statistics questions and explained the said queries of quiz, she was very afraid because the exam was not easy and she was in initial stage studies. Next day, professor announced the results of the quiz and asked one by one to come to his seat to collect the report. But the psycho girl was so scared that she did not attend the class and went to the library to prepare subject notes. When the class was over and she was planning to attend the next lecture, she suddenly saw her professor sitting adjacent to her seat in the  library and asked why didn’t you attend the class to know the result of the quiz, she felt awkward and couldn’t explain the situation. Then her professor smiled and told her that only two students answered the questions correctly and you are one of them. Girl student really felt happy and thought that her devotion worked. Above small achievement in academic session worked as an incentive and encouragement during her further studies as she comprehended her inner positive energies to face further academic challenges.

 

People sometimes do not assess their good attributes and ability to succeed in life that develops negative bias. It is universally envisaged that self-appreciation is a vital psychological pillar to make people be valued and it propels them to perform superbly in a given situation.
