Forgetting is a cognitive decline feature of humans and rampant when they age. Forgetfulness does not indicate mental anomaly. Individuals normally forget simple things in their normal living.

when people step up into late adulthood or in elderly stage. Cognitive
functions of Individuals weaken which unfavorably impact on mental wellbeing.
Elderly people find difficult to grasp new concept or technology. They forget
words or events frequently. Individuals have problem in retrieving information.
But it is a natural process and do not indicate the sign of memory loss. Forgetfulness
may be due to some medical ailment, emotional sensitivity or cognitive
weakening. Stress, depression and dejection can trigger forgetfulness. Physical

maintain good physical health and live in positive environment to enhance their
