Visible symptoms of internal bleeding
One of the disastrous health condition is internal
bleeding that occurs with in human body. This poor health condition is often
the result of trauma or an injury. Other mild causes of internal bleeding are
gastritis, organ damage or a bleeding disorder.
Internal bleeding may be caused
by the following conditions:
-Damage to a blood vessel that can't easily be repaired
by the body's internal mechanisms;
-not enough clotting factors in the blood to make the
repair; or
-medications that are taken to prevent abnormal clotting.

Dizziness, severe weakness, low blood pressure, acute
visual problems, numbness, weakness on one side of the body, severe headache, severe
abdominal pain, shortness of breath, chest pain, nausea, confusion
light-headedness, rectal bleeding, blood in urine, Black tarry stools, vomiting
and diarrhoea.
To diagnose an internal bleeding, doctors prescribe
various medical tests, a physical exam, and a thorough review of medical
history. Doctor may use a variety of lab tests and imaging tools to both
identify the cause of your internal bleeding and measure the severity.
Blood tests may include a complete blood count (CBC) or
hemogram to access for anemia and an abnormal platelet count. INR
(international normalized ratio) and PTT (partial thromboplastin time) are
blood clotting studies that may be measured to screen for abnormal coagulation.
