Every candidate wants to grab golden opportunity in job. It is very important to know some facts to score more in an interview. Candidate must follow some rules to put himself ahead of the other applicants for same job.  Candidates must know the rules of interview manners. These rules include-come early, dress well. They must look modest. Especially females are not advised to do heavy make up. During interview, candidates must demonstrate their communication skills. This is a most important aspect in which an applicant can set herself apart. An applicant should take time before the interview to think about how she wants to present herself. He can ask many questions to self that the employer will ask and reply to those question such as why are you applying here? What do you know about our company? What are your likes/dislikes? Make up an answer that you like, and stick with it. When he satisfies with answers, he may develop self-confidence and he will be more prepares for an interview.

 Another important thing is that candidates must have thorough knowledge of company or industry and they should reveal deep knowledge to board members when they ask related questions. Sometimes it is observed that many applicants fail to research about their fields. It will have negative results. A telecommunication applicant should not only explain awareness with the company and he must describe various training program, presentation and seminars attended during the completion of degree program. Candidate must be able to discuss his career goals or ambition. These are two important things that usually come across in every interview. Candidates show his willing to work with company with great enthusiasm to accomplish the target of company. He must provide strong record of his past jobs to make it convincing. During an interview, he must speak at a normal speed, in a normal tone of voice. Don't take over the conversation and seem to be aggressive, but don't seem to be passive.

 When candidate is appearing for an interview, frankness and honesty are very important. He must provide information from his knowledge and be sure they are precise. It is better to tell frankly about what difficulties he has faced in the past and what he has done to resolve these difficulties. It is advised to candidates that good self-image in every interview can be the clinching factor. Whatever they communicate to board members will be credited in their own self-presentation. Some people do not face difficulties before an interviewer, but many candidates who come across confusion so that they might find it nervous to give an excellent image of their capability.
