Negotiation skill is highly important process in switching to a new job. Candidates must do thorough preparation to make this process simple.

There are some effective tips for professionals to negotiate salary in recruitment process:

-      It is not a favourable behaviour to directly ask for high package in company for candidates going to join.

-      It is always better to explore every strand of skill set and these skills are paid in job market. Candidates must consider factors like job location, organizational priorities, and job requirements that may impact the value of their skillset.

-      Another important point is the worth of your persona in terms of required skill and client management. It must be well communicated to HR while negotiating salary package in new company.
