Liver cancer: conquering deadly ailment

Liver cancer is uncommon and lethal disease that affects people around the globe. Person is griped under liver problem when normal cells in the liver become abnormal in appearance and behaviour. The cancer cells can then become damaging to adjacent normal tissues, and can spread both to other areas of the liver and to organs outside the liver.

Know about liver:

The liver is major and large organ inside the body. It lies under right ribs of human body, just below the right lung. The liver is shaped like a pyramid and is divided into right and left lobes.

The liver has vital role in the composition and circulation of blood, therefore it impacts all body systems. Major functions of the liver include:

-      Making proteins to help blood clot.

-      Clearing some wastes from the body.

-      Making bile, a yellowish-green fluid needed for digestion and absorption of food and vitamins.

-      Breaking down and storing many of the nutrients that are absorbed from food by the intestines.

-      Storing vitamins, minerals and iron.

-      Purifying blood by breaking down and removing medications and poisons, such as alcohol and nicotine.

-      Making hormones, proteins and enzymes.

According to gastroenterologist, liver cancer is a tumour that primarily forms in the tissue of the liver. There are different types of liver cancer exist according to the type of cancerous cells.

Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common liver cancer. It accounts for 90% of all liver cancers. Hepatocellular carcinoma begins in hepatocytes, the main cells of the liver.

Statistics showed that Liver cancer cases are more common in men as compared to women.

Major symptoms of liver cancer:

Liver cancer symptoms can be ambiguous and these are silent until the cancer is in progressive stage. Symptoms include:

1.   Unexplained weight loss
2.   Loss of appetite
3.   Jaundice - yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes
4.   Skin itching
5.   Nausea and vomiting
6.   Swollen abdomen
7.   Feeling very full after eating
          8. Feeling tired and weak

Causes of liver cancer:
Medical researchers still not found exact causes for developing liver cancer but they explained that it may due to liver damage.
Liver damage occurs if person has cirrhosis, alcohol abuse, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and hepatitis.

Risk factors:

Chronic infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) are key Risk factor for liver cancer. These viruses can spread from person to person through sharing contaminated needles and through unprotected sex.

Diagnosis of liver cancer: Physicians or gastroenterologist recommend surveillance ultrasound of patients in every 6 months in a patient who have cirrhosis. This is the best way to diagnose liver cancer.
When doctor suspect that cancer cells are developing, he recommend further tests that are mentioned below:

-      Blood tests: Patients with liver cancer have high level of alfa-fetoprotein (AFP). A rising level of AFP is doubtful for liver cancer. Other labs tests include des-gamma-carboxy prothrombin, which can be elevated in most patients with liver cancer.

-      Imaging studies: Multiphasic helical CT scan and MRI with contrast of the liver are the chosen imaging to detect the location and extent of blood supply to the cancer. If any imaging study is unconvincing, then an alternative imaging study or follow-up imaging study should be performed for confirmation of liver cancer.

-      Gastroenterologists also perform liver biopsy to detect liver cancer. Liver biopsy is not required in every case.

Treatment options:

The treatment for liver cancer depends on the spread of the cancer and the overall health of the liver. Sometimes, liver cancer can be treated with surgery to remove the part of liver with cancer.

Another treatment option is liver transplantation. The surgeon replaces the cancerous liver with a healthy liver from another person.

Ablation therapy: In this procedure, doctors induce therapy to kill cancer cells in the liver without any surgery. The doctor can kill cancer cells using heat, laser, or by injecting a special alcohol or acid directly into the cancer. This procedure may be used in palliative care.

Embolization technique is also performed to treat liver cancer. It is the blocking of the blood supply to the cancer. This technique uses a catheter to inject particles or beads that can block blood vessels that feed the cancer. Starving the cancer of the blood supply averts the progression of the cancer. Complications of embolization include fever, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.

Radiation therapy is also applied for liver cancer patients. Radiation uses high-energy rays directed to the cancer to kill cancer cells. Complications of radiation therapy are skin irritation near the treatment site, fatigue, nausea, and vomiting.

Chemotherapy is most common treatment procedure for liver cancer. Chemotherapy uses a medicine that kills cancer cells. The medicine can be given by mouth or by injecting it into a vein or artery feeding the liver. People show many side effects from chemotherapy, depending on the medications used and the patient's individual response. Complications of chemotherapy include fatigue, easy bruising, hair loss, nausea and vomiting, swollen legs, diarrhoea, and mouth sores. But these side effects are generally temporary and disappear as person develops healthy liver cells.

Liver transplant is also performed for patients whose liver is severely damaged due to cirrhosis.

Nutrition for liver cancer patient:

Liver cancer patients must take good diet. Some tips are mentioned below:

-      Consume enough calories to correct or prevent weight loss and improve nutrition.

-      They must limit consumption of the sodium in their diet to 2,000 mg (one teaspoon) per day.

-      It is highly recommended to take meals at shot intervals.
.
-      They must plan diet that includes calories and protein which helps in liver cells regeneration and improves liver function.

It is not restricted to dining out but they must avoid some ill dietary practices such as:

-      Avoid fast food of restaurants.

-      Spicy food must not be taken instead order broiled meat or fish.

-      They can order sauces on the side and use very small amounts.

Liver patients must Increase the fibre in their diet such as fresh or raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains, prunes, nuts and dates to avoid constipation.

Liver cancer can be prevented through adopting healthy lifestyle and regular exercise. Early awareness of severity of disease can equip people to avoid these lethal diseases such as cancer in later part of life.

Tobacco smoking has adverse impact on human health therefore it must be stopped.

Physically lethargic, improper diet and obesity are the major factors that hasten the chances of developing liver cancer.

According to health reports, environmental pollution of air, water and soil with carcinogenic chemicals lead to cancers therefore person must avoid living in such places.

When patient is diagnosed with liver cancer he/she is morally down. Many patients experience feelings of anxiety, depression, sadness, stress, and have difficulty sleeping or eating. Families of cancer patients also exhibit myriads of emotions. Major concern of cancer patients are fear of death, interruption of life plans, changes in body image and self-confidence, changes in social role and lifestyle and finally most import is financial and legal issue. People suffering from this lethal ailment must educate themselves and know the sources that can lessen the deadly impact of this disease. In technically savvy world, medical science is advancing minute by minute therefore patients or their family members must not give up and confidently voyage in the path of exploring techniques that can help to cure this disease.

Caregivers have great responsibilities to handle cancer patient. They must perform following duty for good mental and physical health of these patients:

-      Offer support and encouragement
-      Give medications at proper time
-      Help to manage symptoms and side effects
-      Synchronize medical appointments
-      Help in diet planning
-      Helping with household chores
-      Properly handle insurance and billing issue

Liver cancer is assessed as life threatening and it has intense impact on whole family of sufferer in terms of emotional, financial, and moral values. Liver is a sensitive organ and utmost care has to be taken to remain healthy and to avoid any serious consequences in later life. People can avoid deadly liver cancer syndrome through boosting their self-confidence and should be ready to adopt changes in their life.

Benefits of Reverse innovation

Innovation is understood as the successful commercialization of unique ideas, including products, services, processes and business models. It is a critical element of economic progress of any country. A reverse innovation is unfamiliar but dominant concept that entails any innovation espoused first in the developing countries. Reverse Innovation basically denotes to any modernisation that is first hosted in the developing countries like India which later implemented in industrialized marketplace. Reverse Innovation is also called as Trickle-up Innovation. Reverse innovation will transform just about every industry, including energy, healthcare, transportation, housing, and consumer products.

Reverse Innovation is effective strategy of innovating in incipient markets and then distributing/marketing these innovations in advanced markets. Many companies are engrossed in innovating products such as China and India and then dispensing them internationally. Factually, reverse innovation has been a sporadic phenomenon.

Global companies must recognize that to grab emerging markets, they must revolutionize, not simply export. And, they must successively be prepared to wander those innovations from the developing world to the affluent world.

Scope of Reverse Innovation:

Multinational companies must have to transform their business process on strategy and innovation. Since long time, multinational companies are more involved in innovation on the needs of industrialized countries and then exported products to different locations of globe. Presently, they must revolutionise to solve the glitches of the developing world and then bring the innovations home.

Major grounds which propel reverse innovation:

1. Income gap between emerging markets and matured markets: The primary driver of reverse innovation is the income gap that exists between developing markets and the industrialized countries. In the developing countries, per-capita income is low. Conditions are suitable for innovations that offer quality products and services at low cost.

2. Infrastructure gap: Main infrastructure such as energy, transportation, telecom in developing countries are still to develop.

3. Sustainability Gap: Around the globe, as the economy cultivates, the battles between economic vitality and environmental sustainability are likely to become more severe. The pressures will not rise consistently. In many cases, the intensity of sustainability issues are at peak in the developing world.

Developing countries such as India with their snowballing disposable incomes, and the largest and ever rolling middle class with higher than before spending capacitates, is now a very profitable and powerful target market for numerous giant international companies to venture into and capitalize on or to establish a stronger hold. Though the middle class in India today can afford to spend an extra buck for their added requirements and interests, they continually explore products developed in the western economies out of reach, highly priced or high-priced.

An active example of reverse innovation is Tata Motors who innovated Tata Nano. While companies like Ford establish its international automobile podium in India and supplied to the niche best segments in India, Tata launched the Tata Nano in 2009 at low cost so that middle class consumer can afford it. Tata planned to launch Tata Nano in Europe and U.S. afterwards.

Another example is Nestle’s Maggi brand which offered at reasonable cost, low-fat dried noodles developed for rural India and Pakistan then found a market in Australia and New Zealand as a healthy alternative.

Merits of Reverse Innovation for India:

Principally Reverse Innovation may lead to prosperity in industrialization. Today many Multinationals embrace and opt to produce and/or invent new products in India for local as well as western markets, the Indian economy is observed as an increase in FDIs and also the Original Multinationals would automatically rise their investments to build advanced R&D facilities that would motivate progressive innovation and engineering. As a result, the engineers may get good job opportunities, and the consumer market would be lucrative from better products developed to furnish their requirements of customers at low prices.

Reverse Innovation also lead to the complete development of the entire eco-system including of Tier I and II suppliers, technology vendors, educational institutions which support, strengthen and facilitate this unparalleled growth through synchronised engineering, providing smart and agile engineering and production solutions to complex challenges, and development of resources.

Reverse innovation may bring the countries and global markets closer by vanishing the global borders to make “one world, one market” phenomenon.

Reverse innovation may offer better products for customers and various options at low cost.

It is predicted that reverse Innovation would certainly transform, and revolutionize industry standards, market imperatives, and global expansion and success strategy viewpoints for the Multinationals who continually require to keep exploring various distinctive ways.

Demerits of reverse innovation:

-      Per-capita incomes are small in the developing countries and conditions are ripe for innovations that offer decent quality at an ultralow price that is, 50% solution at a 5% price

-      Most of the infrastructure (energy, transportation, telecom in the developing world is not favourable for innovation as it is still at developing stage.

-      Many developing countries are challenged with environmental restraints in their path of financial development as compared to affluent nations.

Business phenomenon of reverse innovation:

Reverse innovation lies in a reversal of the traditional process by which new products are developed and approved in the Western countries and later exported to developing economies.

To bind up all filaments, it is well clinched that Reverse innovation is a prospect of sustain progress for countries and companies. It requires flexibility and the ability to fulfil the consumer needs. It is vital inventiveness for the developed world. In final words, Reverse Innovation would positively transform the market place and consumer may get huge benefit from this rare strategy.

Fighting spirit for brain cancer

The brain is a part of the central nervous system (CNS), which controls all vital functions of the body. Any dysfunction in brain cells are highly threatening to health of human as this may affect a person’s thought processes and movements. Brain cancer is a lethal disease occur due to uncontrolled abnormal growths of cells in the brain. Brain cancer can arise from primary brain cells, the cells that form other brain components or from the growth of cancer cells that develop in other organs and that spreads to the brain through the bloodstream.

In present scenario, trends of brain cancer is in incrementing. The types of primary brain cancers are categorized according to the type of cells from which they instigate. Oncologists define the tumour based on its characteristics. In medical literature, it is well compared with normal and cancer cell. People must know this comparison.

In normal cells, DNA in genes and chromosomes go about their business in a normal way. And Cells divide in a systematic way to produce more cells only when the body needs them. In normal cells, Cells have a built-in blood vessel system. The enzymes and hormones go about business in a normal balanced manner.

In case of Cancer cells, it develops a different DNA or gene structure or acquires abnormal numbers of chromosomes. Cells are constantly created without control or order. If not needed, a mass of tissue is formed which is called a tumour. Cells have a defective “Krebs Cycle” and derive little or no energy from it. When cancer attacks to a person, Cells do not have a built-in blood vessel system. They require more of certain amino acids to grow. The enzymes and hormones are either over active or under active.

The medical science is not advanced to explore the fundamental causes of developing brain cancer. Medical researchers are making every effort to find the grounds of cancer but they still have not got success. They can only tap the ways to prevent this deadly disease.

Although brain cancer can occur at any age but medical researches indicated that it is more common in children of 3 to 12 years old and the adults of 40 to 70 years of age.

Some of the risk factor for brain cancer:

-      Generally, the frequency of brain cancer increases with age, with more occurrences in individuals age 65 and older. The age factor varies depending on the cell type and location of the tumour. Adults have a very low risk of developing medulloblastomas, while gliomas are most common in adults.

-      Some people with compromised immune systems have an augmented risk of developing lymphomas of the brain.

-      Family history may also affect the probability of developing certain diseases.

-      Exposure to certain industrial chemicals or solvents has been associated with high risk in developing brain cancer. Although it is not convincing but there is sign that higher incidence of certain types of brain tumours in individuals are those who work in oil refining, rubber manufacturing and drug manufacturing.

Common symptoms of brain cancer are as under:

-      Headache
-      Weakness
-      Numbness
-      Nausea
-      Vomiting or seizures.

Some individuals may not feel good cognitively, or have visual, speech or coordination problems. The symptoms may be indirect or develop progressively.

Brain cancer can be diagnosed through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This imaging test enable doctors an extraordinary view of the brain and may be the only test needed to identify the possible presence of a brain cancer.

Treatment:  Since brain cancer is fatal disease, an experienced group of medical professionals handle these cases. The team is usually composed of a neurosurgeon, medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, and pathologist. Treatment options for patients of brain cancer are surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. But these do not assured cure of cancer.

Preventive measures for brain cancer:

It is always better to follow healthy life style and positive attitude to avert deadly disease like brain cancer.

-      First important preventive action is to have proper sleep. Sleep deprivation hampers the natural processes of the glymphatic system affecting cognitive function. Especially, critical to patients who have undergone chemotherapy, sleep allows cells to repair damaged one and restores tissue.

-      People must devote some time from their busy schedule to practice stress reduction techniques such as yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises to reduce stress. This will help keep brain cells healthy.

-      Another life style changes that people must adopt in technically advanced world is to get limited exposure of mobile devices. The electromagnetic field emitted by cell phones is considered as a possible human carcinogen by the World Health Organization (WHO) and International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). Electromagnetic radiation created from the device has negative impact on the survival rate of brain tumour patients.

Diagnosis with brain cancer is throbbing event and patients are fearful in this state. Therefore effective counselling, proper treatment, regular monitoring and family support are heavenly doses for such patients who are constantly fighting with deadly ailment.

Patients with brain cancer suffer from extreme anxiety for future and they are concerned for their family. It is suggested that such patients must live in present because present moments are with them and they can live with positive attitude.

Brain cancer patients must be open to accept any support and assistance from those who are close to them. It will develop passionate feeling and patients may experience belongingness.

Cancer patients need to follow sensible exercise program and eat healthy which can lessen treatment-related fatigue, improve flexibility, and support to cope with anxiety and sadness.

It is always better to strengthen will power to fight with cancer disease and with positive outlook, they can recognize their purpose of living in this world. As supreme power has sent all people to earth bed with some motive that has to be explored by humans. We all have a responsibility to build healthy global society.  If we grip under lethal ailment, God is offering its protective ring to breath.  Miracles may happen and we can survive with cancer to complete life span in physical world. Therefore never give up but insistently work for welfare and fight against cancer cells. With the blessing of God, it is possible that person can overpower this fatal state and emerge with a healthy body.

Cracking Glass ceiling to empower women

Women empowerment is key topic of dialogue among social scientists and leaders around the globe. Women are still not permitted to ride at the top in either workplace or any other area in their life due to male dominance society. This is denoted as Glass ceiling.  Glass ceiling is basically an invisible barrier that averts females from accomplishing further objectives concerning their career at the work place. These barriers related to women who cannot reach at pinnacle in the management hierarchy at the work place. Presently, in corporate sector, there are so many invisible obstacles which make turmoil in the life of the women.

Numerous authors have asserted that the glass ceiling is slowly vanishing as women are obtaining higher education, entering the professional job as compared to men. Renowned theorist pronounced that though women have advanced in last few decades but the issue of glass ceiling is still visible. Growing literature have shown that Glass ceiling is the invisible and unofficial obstacles in the corporate world for women, who are capable to hold top ranking jobs but do not obtain senior position due to disparity, irrespective of their education levels, experience and accomplishments.

In simple term,  glass ceiling is one of compelling representations for scrutinising inequalities between, men and women in the workplace. In recent development in US election, Donald Trump’s success over Hillary Clinton concludes bitter political contest in the country and some visualized as upshot of glass ceiling.

In present scenario, numerous companies have started Flexible Working Arrangements for women by the means of job sharing, flexi-time, telecommunicating to give them relaxation. But it is conferred that women have many domestic responsibilities so that they do not put their caliber on projects at their workplace. In odd circumstances, they have to take bold decision career break which is against their career progression.

Future of eradication of glass ceiling looks bright. More women are working at senior level positions in companies due to mounting demand of specialists in today’s organizational culture. Private sector is expanding rapidly and business organizations are interested to appoint talented people for their business to boom and stay competitive in global business world.

Glass ceiling is highly entrenched in business community and top executives, reformers and other responsible members of society have to widen their outlook to assign high position to female candidates to which they deserve.

Tear explosion: Heart throbbing love story

Life can take turn at any stage. Person is astonished when strange event happens in life. It is said that love is blind. Person losses his intellect when he falls in love with someone. Today, people attract to each other by professional excellence and behavior attribute. Physical appearance is one of the factors. Especially in college life, girl or boy comes closer when they help each other and they have similar needs and wants.  True love is unusual. A touching story will communicate how a boy turned to be a true lover.

The story starts with the year 1980s

In the final year of engineering college, students engaged in fun activities as they have to depart from their batch mates and plan for future life. They gossip together at tea stall and discuss further studies, where to apply for job. A group of students (Boys and girls) daily met to discuss these issues. One day they were gossiping at tea stall, two girls of other college passed nearby road. On their way, a folder of one girl suddenly fallen down on the road. They were unaware of this fact. Both boys and girls were making fun. They picked up folder and knew the details of that girl but they didn’t call her at that time just for fun. They also observed girl whose folder fell down, had a serious outlook. So boys thought, they will return next day. At time, one boy of group shouted, hi, there is a chance to go abroad. A requirement of electronic engineer is advertised in electronic company in USA. Sandeep Pandey was in final year. He was best suited for this job. But the last date for applying was on that day when they saw advertisement and fee of form was Rs 100/-which can be collected from local office of that company in city. Sandeep did not want to miss this opportunity. They were in trouble to think that how to arrange money as time was running out and all the boys did not have money to purchase form at that time because they already had spent money on refreshment. Sandeep was restless and just turned the pages of folder of that girl. Luckily, a note of hundred rupees dropped from the folder. All boys jumped with joy and thanked God for solving their problem. All were rushed to company office by their bike and collected form.

After twenty years

In Bangalore city, middle aged couple just shifted. They were moved out for shopping and finding place to park their car. Suddenly, a woman approached to female of couple, Rashi and asked- Hi, I am Supriya, an engineer from Roorkee college. Do you belong to Roorkee University? Rashi said, yes, I had completed my post graduation in political science from that university. Supriya then told that she knows her very well and she recognized her from her eyes as there were many changes in face of Rashi after a long period of time. Supriya complemented her that your beauty lies in your eyes. Rashi did not understand what is happening with her. She asked how you could know me. Supriya laughed and said you are the angel for some one. Rashi surprised how do I did it. Then Supriya explained that one day when you were on the way to home near tea stall “Lalla”, your folder fell down and our group of engineering students picked up that folder. We got Rs 100/- which was highly valuable for Sandeep, an electronic engineer because he paid fee for form to apply in US. Now he has made millions of dollars from that Rs 100/-. We were tried our best at that time to return you the sum but could not trace you. I am very happy to see you at this time. Please tell me how are you? About your family? She responded we are as usual but due to recession, my husband’s company is in intense financial crunch and management is trying to shut this company. Supriya expressed sorry for that. Rashi’s husband also participated in talk. After long discussion, Supryia observed that Rashi has some medical problem. She can not breathe properly.

Supryia was quite worried about her and invited her to US for treatment. In the end of discussion, she disclosed one secret that was really surprising for Rashi. Supriya told to Rashi that Sandeep who used your Rs 100/-was attracted towards you and had a deep love feeling for you. You were his inspiration, which built his career and he touched the height of success. In Every business project, he got huge profit. In all success movement, he remembered you. Supriya then told that she loved Sandeep. He was very friendly with her but never had any feelings for her. Sandeep’s mother liked me (Supryia) very much but Sandeep never accepted this offer even in the last troubled days of his mother. His mother at that time spoke sadly that my son, you ignored my sentiments for a girl which you can not get it. He replied, Maa, I can not spoil life of a girl for which I do not have any feelings. It will be injustice for her. Perhaps mother sensed his son’s emotion and she died with the hope one day his son will get peaceful life. His grand mother is still alive and waiting for her grand daughter in law.

Supriya told, Sandeep’s love is deep and till date, he is unmarried. He is very loyal to you because he never had any illegal relationship with any girl as far as she knows. He visited many holy places in India every year to pray God for your wellbeing.  Rashi was speechless because her husband was standing and there were chances to develop some misunderstanding. Rashi immediately sat inside car. Supriya came to her and requested if you could convince Sandeep then he may think of marriage and his life will be settled but Rashi refused to talk to him as she didn’t want to spoil her family life.

Departing to Rashi, Supriya told that she is also settled in abroad and she came to India with her husband on official tour to review one company to expand business where she worked. All were dispersed.

Next day when Rashi’s husband went to office, he saw that a team of experts came from USA to review company’s asset and Supriya’s husband was heading the team. When both met, they discuss the details of company. Rashi’s husband had employment problem if there is a privatization of company but he did not want to use her wife for his career. He thought that he must observe the situation quietly and rest was left to God. After few days, Rashi’s husband was informed that he had to visit Delhi for official purpose. He left for Delhi where he was invited by grand mother of Sandeep. He had to accept that invitation due to official pressure.  Sandeep’s grand mother met affectionately to him and requested him that she wanted to meet Rashi for which her grandson was mad. She further stated that if Rashi fails to convince his grandson for marriage then I want to gift some traditional ornaments which her family’s traditional valuables were usually given to daughter in law. Because her grandson loves her so she wanted to handover same before her death. It was very difficult moment for Rashi’s husband. He loves his wife very much and he fears that he will loss her as he was not as powerful as they are. What steps he must take.

Tears are exploding both the side and Rashi is in between them.
Rashi’s husband discussed this matter with her. She was standstill and could not spoke even a word. In her last days of Sandeep’s grandmother, Rashi agreed to meet her but refused to take any traditional ornament. She expressed that she was not a member of their family therefore morally, she should not accept it. But when grandmother told her she wanted to gift her as she is nice women then she had to accept it on humanitarian ground.
After performing all rituals on death of grand mother, Sandeep handed over his business to trust for smooth functioning and management of financial matter. He deposited all funds with joint name with Rashi so that whenever she needs, she can withdraw it and he took sanyas. He lived in remote ashram of city and frequently visited to holy places. He was still searching divine forces to direct his path. As a true lover, he scarified whole life which exhibit rays of real love.

Rashi never thought of her life in this way. Her tears were accumulating as she followed parent’s advice and married to a person of their choice. She devoted her life to her husband no matter what ambitions she had during early years of life. In middle age, surprised incident took place in her life and now she can not think, and live life of her own. Her sorrow converted in to tears and developed in the form of tear bomb and this tear bomb exploded when she suddenly knew the donor of heart for heart transplantation of her husband. It was Sandeep. Ultimately, he penetrated in the heart of Rashi no matter after his death. Rashi wore his grandmother’s traditional ornament to honor true love of Sandeep.

This is the real picture of love. If someone loves any one, he has to review the definition of love through this event which is heartbreaking.
