Managing stress while preparing for examination
Stress is a psychological condition that is heavily
experienced by students / candidates when they study various subjects for
competitive examination whether it is IAS, CAT, Bank PO, GATE or any other.
People around us normally advice not get stressed, and just be relaxed. But
these statements sometimes do not give relief to candidates who are loaded with
study material and they have to prepare thoroughly to beat competition.
It is imperative to follow stress relief tactics to
eradicate stressful situation to get success in competitive examination. Refer

Another possible way to combat stress is to find suitable
environment for study. Soothing environment will alleviate stress and candidates

Candidates can lessen stress and improve performance by imagining
self-achieving the set goals. They can spend few minutes each day and
