Stress is a psychological condition that is heavily experienced by students / candidates when they study various subjects for competitive examination whether it is IAS, CAT, Bank PO, GATE or any other. People around us normally advice not get stressed, and just be relaxed. But these statements sometimes do not give relief to candidates who are loaded with study material and they have to prepare thoroughly to beat competition.
