It is necessary to focus on the problem and find best alternative to cope with mental issues through expanding social network. People grip in odd circumstances must remain active to boost brain functions. It is advised that people should never allow their stressful feelings to ascend. They must keep these negative emotions under control. Healthy diet and regular exercise can boost brain functions and calm the mind. When situations are worse, people must explore purpose of their life in whole world such as guiding youngsters, caring elderly.
