Dietary guidelines to prevent chin hairs in female


Hair growth in chin is major concern for females especially in elderly age. This medical condition is normally due to hormonal imbalance in females. There are some vitamins recommended to prevent chin hair growth in female. In general, all females have body hair, and the amount is mainly determined by genetic makeup. Nonetheless, if females have developed unnecessary dark hair on body areas where men typically have lots of hair then this is a condition called hirsutism. Hirsutism has also been intensely related with medical conditions like overweight and with problems related to blood sugar balance such as insulin resistance. 

1. Vitamin B6. It is a water soluble vitamin and prevent unwanted facial hairs. This vitamin can be found in avocados, fish, organ meats, soybeans, walnuts, peanuts, bananas and other fruits.

2. Vitamin E.  This plays a vital role in preventing excess hair growth in chin. Food items that are rich in vitamin E are peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, mangoes, broccoli.

 3. Magnesium, Zinc and copper:  These also help in preventing facial hair growth by lowering the testosterone.  Zinc is obtained from pumpkin seeds, peanuts, and dark chocolates.

4. Calcium D glucarate: This is useful in preventing hair growth in face. Rich source of Calcium D glucarate are sprouts, apple, cabbage.

5. Vitamin A:  It also lessen hair growth in face. It is found in orange and carrot.

It can be understood that facial hair growth in females can be extremely awkward. They continually make efforts to remove them permanently using various products available in market.
