Horrendous warfare of wild cats in a dark showery night
A night with full of terror was an unanticipated episode in my life. In my school years, we relocated to a small town surrounded with lush green plants, wild trees and grasses. Infrastructure developments were continued and professional university was developed to aid scholars, professors and other staff. Major attraction of the town was superb academic and advanced studies offered by university. My family was living in a grand house surrounded by fertile land with a developed garden and we used to grow vegetables, pulses according to the season. Sometimes, we could not maintain the land therefore wild grasses and plants used to grow.
In
winters and rainy seasons, our house looked like a haunted palace fenced with
dense shrubs and unfruitful flowers. The town was surrounded with green, a
vivacious drapery of antique vegetation. On a dark, roaring, cloudy night,
there was heavy rain and visibility was almost zero. The whole natural green
tapestry plants were sunk out by the thunder. I was sitting in balcony and
trying to see the warlock nature of wild plants and trees outside.
Atmosphere was just like a rain storm and it was difficult to hear any
other sound or sound of any animal. At around 10.30 PM, I was preparing
for bedtime, when suddenly two wild animal-like figures twisted in my garden.
Due to low visibility, I sensed wild cats coiled with brutal energies striking
each other. They were snarled, a high-pitched, scary sound. I just screamed and
called my parents. They got scared but my mother bravely stepped forward and
took a nail fitted stick that is kept to protect her from any dangerous
situation. My father told mom not to go outside because wild ferocious cats may
attack. Since I was shivering and frightened therefore mom went outside with
clever planning in her mind and constantly tracking the dangerous actions of wildcats.
Gradually, the clouds lessened their fury. Rain pounded down, turning the
garden into a muddled torrent. At that moment, mom stepped up in alert mode and
carefully listened to the sounds of the catfight. As mom was close to catfight
range, she opened the stick and made an attacking pose. In a couple of seconds,
mom shouted over the growl of the thunder that she has crushed the cruel cat
fighting. In the next moment, I along with my dad, holding tranquilizer wooden
rods, moved cautiously through the dense brushwood to assist mom in cat
warfare. We all pointed at our scary wood just like a threatening defense
towards wild cats. Both cats made an atrocious sound and jumped into the
backyard of another house adjacent to our residence. Slowly the storm was
settling and we all three were approaching the main gate of our house. In a
strange event, wild cats again attacked back. This time, I dragged my mom and
hit on the head of the big wild cat with a stick. My brave action made its
shoulders drooped, and its head lowered. In such a horribly struggling situation,
finally we managed to propel away both the huge wild cats from our premises.
In
the above incident, my mom transferred unimaginable power to ditch the alarming
and risky situation with wild cats fight. Even though my heart was drubbing and
every instinct yelled at me to escape, I comprehended the cruel conflict of
wild cats and intelligently kicked them out from our premises. I salute my
brave and daring mom.
