Aging is just a shadowy thought
Aging
is the outcome of DNA composition in humans and they endeavor to overcome
various issues in life to maintain their mental rhythm. In humans, drastic
changes can take place as they age due to the natural process of physical
degeneration. Such transformations cannot be intimidating if people maintain
their physical persona through diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle.
Aging
dominates as a result of mental fallacy about self. Individuals who are
mentally engaged in certain tasks may gain cognitive strength such as strong
memory, good thinking and remembering skills, understanding, wise
decision-making power and concentration on performing various actions. People
may involve themselves in playing video games, spend good time reading
entertaining or literary books and magazines. To kill the thought of aging,
some people develop new hobbies or fulfill their young age goals at later age
of life. Music is a wonderful option to turn a boring period into an
exhilarating moment in life.
It
is true that with age, social circles contract and people feel loneliness. In
order to regain social groups, people stepping into their sixties can be more
talkative to persons surrounding them, talking about their daily routine or
guide them if they need. Such social interaction serves as a defense for
greying people to alleviate depression and stress which can weaken memory
power. In a real scenario, a woman in her sixties often visits
a shopping mall nearby her home. While picking up the food items from shelves,
she sometimes asks for expiry dates of products from mall staff. While
interacting with them, she used to discuss the inflation rate and price hike of
products. Staff are also enthusiastically converse with her and share their
daily struggling issues with her. She has a habit to guide such people and tell
them how to increase their earning to make their life better such as they can
earn through repairing garments, or some appliances if they are trained in such
areas. Such type of social interaction really soothes her and eases glitches of
loneliness.
Another
way to live smart living and feel as a healthy person is a greater sense of
acceptance of self and of others. Four dominant factors like confidence,
control, commitment and challenge augment mental toughness to biologically aged
people. Positive aspects of aging is to control anger or other negative
emotions, involve in voluntary participation to help others and visual
perception capabilities.
Bottomline:
Entering into the sixties or seventies is a feeling of freedom and self-actualization. As with other phases of life, in the writer's opinion, this ladder of life is exciting, giving space to fly around the planet to inhale wonders of nature. It depends on people accepting this dreamy period and living with full vigor to enjoy every moment.
