Contribution of young and senior professionals in Multinational Corporation: Real example

 

Rapid technical revolution around the world unlocks great avenues for young and experienced professionals to augment their career graph. In corporate culture, both young and experienced expert team extend their immense talent and high yield to increase revenues. 

A team of young professionals are full of novel business ideas of projects, enthusiastic, progressive and work actively to expedite business functions of corporations. But in present debate, the contribution of youngsters and experienced professionals are discussed. The young professionals normally need some guidance to tackle critical and puzzling issues of business and policy implementation. Since they do not have much experience, there may be disruptions of numerous business operations. Experienced professionals have special skill set to fill the business gap and provide guidance to youngsters in their project completion. Young professionals can work on progressive technology but due to improper implementation or, they are not capable to allure targeted and prospective customers, they may actuate to economic slowdown of corporation. 

With profound experience in my field ( writing profession), I realize that team of experienced professionals who spent years to grapple  business hiccups, competitor’s threats, know tactics to beat business opponents can better manage the key business operations and bring company to a new business height.

In real telecom corporate scenario, youngsters and senior team of engineers were working on the serious failure of some telecommunication snag which were affecting huge customers in that geographical area. Young engineers were passionate to go to site to resolve the telecom issue therefore project director sent them into the problem location and this team went with proper devices to inspect the malfunction of the telecom equipment and arrest the problem. But after their best efforts and all technical acquaintance, problem could not be solved. After few days Project director was planning to outsource to other company experts to resolve this issue. At that time, an experienced professional took great step and proposed that we should once try to fix the issue. If it still does not work then we can approach other experts. Project director agreed to the proposal of experienced professional.  When professional went to problem site, he analysed the issue and fixed in few minutes. He was appreciated for his technical knowledge to fix the teething problem with ease and in short time that helped in avoiding the degradation of image of the company.  

Experienced professionals have prowess to understand the current market trend and they can make wise decisions to escape from major fall down of the company. Under the leadership of experienced professionals, youngsters can learn to deal with new projects, grab huge business contracts. Experienced professionals constantly update their knowledge through technical bulletin and explore the tactics for progress of corporations and supervise youngsters to refresh their technical understanding to effectively perform business operations and compete with market rivals.
