Discrimination is dangerous weapons to propagate negative responses

Every human being is born with emotions that are grounded in their minds and manifest them whenever any intense situation develops. Nourishment of Negative and positive emotions are brainchild of family values and environment in which child is nurtured. Discrimination, envy, harassment, irate behaviours are forms of negative emotive responses and leave dangerous impact on human and society as well. Among all such negative expressions, discrimination is worst response to person and general category of human rights violations and mistreatment. It has lethal effect on global masses.

Discrimination befalls at home or in social situations when victim are not treated fairly as compared to others because they are related to a certain group or category of people. Discrimination occurs against their age, disability, civilisation, origin, political conviction, race, religion, gender, language, culture and on the grounds of family relations.

Unfairness is a social evil:

Discrimination has treacherous repercussion in society as people or group may discriminate other feeble entity because they hold some prejudices. Such beliefs make people incapable, inhibits them to become active inhabitants, hampers to develop their prowess in area of interest and restrict the people from accessing work, health services, and education or buying a home in a premium location. Discrimination has profound magnitudes to involve in wrong doing in society. It is a major anomaly of global society.

Blockades of social/ family attachments:

Appraising the true happening in particular society, it is perceived that discrimination triggers intense negative responses and sometimes they develop thoughts to harm the person who is involved in discriminative behaviour. In a family of UP, India, a person was forcibly married to a girl and he frequently did favouritism of other females over her. This led to irate behaviour to that newly married girl and she sometimes showed resentment by destroying objects at home. One day, the person was searching his important academic documents but he couldn’t found. He inquired about the documents to his wife. His wife said that she sold some papers to garbage collector. It was really shocking. How could she acted like that but the truth is vicious because she developed aggressive and envies and she committed wrongdoing. Such unacceptable responses are the aftershock of favouritism in family. Therefore we should not give rise to discrimination to impede one’s abilities, break family relations or in ugly form of criminality.

Constant revelation of discrimination in family and society may have deadly consequences because disadvantaged people may internalize the prejudice or stigma, develop shameful feeling, low self-esteem, fear and stress which in turn impact their physical well-being and mental health.

Binding the psychological threads about discrimination, it is well comprehended that discrimination can aggravate stress, hatred, and other forms of wrong behaviour which may be dangerous for society. Feeling of favouritism is really throbbing and deprived person may be highly depressed and sometimes person may involve in socially unacceptable behaviours
