Health is a prime concern of individuals in today’s hectic and polluted environment. Examples include anaemia, depression, diabetes, Sjoogren syndrome, migraines, Alzheimer’s disease, hypothyroidism, autoimmune diseases such as lupus, arthritis, and multiple sclerosis and dehydration.

It is necessary to treat the underlying depression, specific cognitive deficits that results in brain fog. Psychologists prescribe medication, use psychological techniques, drills and exercises to treat the brain fog.
