There may be confusion, speaking problem or understanding. Obesity also increases the chance of brain stroke therefore it is necessary to eat well balanced diet. It is found in abundant researches that most of the cases of brain stroke are due to poor lifestyle. It is in the hand people to lessen the chances of stroke and live healthy life.
